Project Surveillance, Inc. is a Woman Owned Business specializing in Civil Construction Inspection, Utility Testing Inspection
and Construction Management of civil engineering projects. We are located in Houston, Texas and perform services in Brazoria County, Harris
County, Ft. Bend County, Galveston County, Matagorda County, Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
Project Surveillance performs “as needed” civil inspection services on a variety of projects. Our workload consists of:
- Constructibility Reviews
- Paving/Bridge Projects
- Wastewater Treatment Plants/Lift Stations and Expansions
- Water Plants/ Transmission Lines
- Drainage Improvements
- Subdivision/Land Developments
- Sanitary Sewer Trunk Lines and Force Mains
- Sewer Rehabilitations
Our staff consists of 25 civil construction inspectors with a wide range of experience in all aspects of civil construction. The
experience of our team ranges from 15 years to 40 for various entities including TX DOT, Harris County Engineering Dept., METRO,
Harris County Toll Rd. Authority, the City of Houston Public Works and Engineering Dept. and private engineering firms. We also employ
2 administrative personnel actively participating in the organization of reports and documentation for our projects.
